Besa Hospitality Group inaugural 420 Fest held at the future grounds of Smokey River Entertainment District on April 20, 2023. Featuring multi-platinum selling, GRAMMY and Golden Globe nominated recording artist Wiz Khalifa and special guests, one of the most sought-after young talents in the industry, Joey Bada$$, along with Berner, Smoke DZA, and Chevy Woods.

What sets this show apart is the introduction of a Cannabis Village, featuring some of Missouri’s top brands. Patrons will have the opportunity to partake in Cannabis themed events, and mix it up with the vendors they’ve come to know and love. There will be designated cannabis consumption areas where cannabis lovers can come together and celebrate the day, as well as the end of cannabis prohibition in Missouri. The goal of the festival is to give artists a unique platform to expand their cannabis brands and products in a unique space.

Cannabis Village:
- Will only be allowing people 21 and older inside.
- Patrons can bring and consume cannabis.
- Innovative twist on music festivals.
- A unique experience for attendees.
- Enjoy music while also indulging in cannabis.

Besa Hospitality Group (BHG) President Joey Pintozzi assures that the festival will abide by state law, which prevents alcohol and marijuana from being used in the same place. Strict controls in place to ensure that these limits are respected.

“It’s very controlled,” says Pintozzi. “You can free flow back and forth, freely, you just can’t drink in the designated cannabis consumption areas, and vice versa with the alcohol.”
