For too long, Grand Bend Vacant Land in the village didn’t provide much bang for your buck, until a developer created an area where Grand Bend Vacant land owners were allowed to build a larger houses within the same area.  Attention home buyers shopping in downtown Grand Bend and attention builders looking to break into the lucrative beach town marketplace…your search ends here!  Welcome to WonderGrove Court, where you can build your dream home or cottage on an affordable building lot located in the only private and gated subdivision in downtown Grand Bend just a few steps from the 3rd best beach in Canada as polled by Reader’s Digest this year.

Downtown Grand Bend – the locals call it the village.  Some portions of it have earned the name The Jungle, probably not by choice for the property owners in that area, but as of the last decade or so, this rehabilitated and vibrant downtown village sector is the place to be and the place to buy, just a stone’s throw from all of the popular and convenient amenities this town has to offer.

To gain more privacy though, the village area has lost a few cottage hunters in the past who chose the outlying higher-priced subdivisions.  They gave up convenience for extra privacy.  Now, on WonderGrove court, you can have the privacy and peace and quiet of these outlying subdivisions right in the heart of this famous downtown.

Why pay 350 to 400 thousand for an older dated home in the village that has been renovated, when you can build a brand new house on WonderGrove court starting at 375 thousand for a single story 3 bedroom home?  That’s a ballpark number that I have discussed with two different builders.
